Falls Lake Boat Rentals LLC utilizes a electronic signature system for the renter to submit the rental agreement. You must scroll to the end of the agreement and consent to using an electronic system before the system will allow you to click the “Send” button to complete the submission process. Once your submission is successful, you will be directed to a thank you page.
As the renter, you will be asked to read the agreement and provide your initials and/or signature.
- If you are using a desktop/laptop computer with a mouse, simply use the mouse to provide your initials/signatures in the appropriate boxes.
- If you are using a smartphone, tablet, or a device with a touchscreen, use the touchscreen with your finger or stylus and provide your initials/signature.
If you prefer to complete the rental agreement by printing and filling out the form with a pen, then scanning the form and emailing it back, feel free to contact us to obtain a paper form via PDF.
Please note the electronic system only captures information that is entered by the renter with the addition of the source computer address and browser used during the submission. No other personal or payment details are captured.
